Security & Encryption Architecture

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

1. Encryption Standard (AES-256 & TLS 1.3)

All user data, transcripts, and account metrics are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard encryption. Real-time voice streams are protected in transit via TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS).

2. SOC2 Type II & GDPR Compliance Aspirations

TrotBeeTech adheres to SOC2 Type II security principles covering Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.

3. Transient Voice Memory Isolation

To prevent deepfake extraction or prompt injection attacks, raw voice streams execute within isolated WebAssembly sandboxes in server memory. Audio buffers are purged immediately post-session.

4. Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Disclosure

We conduct regular third-party penetration testing. Security researchers can submit vulnerability reports to security@trotbeetech.com.

5. Cloud Infrastructure Reliability

Hosted on multi-region enterprise cloud infrastructure providing 99.9% uptime SLAs and DDoS mitigation.

6. Enterprise Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Immersive Tier enterprise customers gain administrative controls, audit logs, and SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
