In strict compliance with ElevenLabs Acceptable Use Policies and international AI governance standards, users are explicitly forbidden from using the platform to:

• Engage in unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful impersonation of any real human individual, public official, celebrity, or private citizen.
• Generate hate speech, defamatory content, financial scams, or fraudulent audio deepfakes.
• Bypass or attempt to exploit vocal verification barriers.

Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate account suspension, permanent termination without refund, and potential legal reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Voice Cloning Ethics & Explicit Consent

Any feature or scenario involving custom neural voice cloning requires explicit, written, and verified consent from the voice owner before processing audio samples. Users must warrant that they possess full legal rights and authorization.

4. ElevenLabs Startup Grants Program Directives

TrotBeeTech is developed using ElevenLabs Startup Grants Program resources. Users acknowledge that all voice synthesis assets operate under ElevenLabs legal terms, and mandatory attribution remains active across the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Paid subscriptions (Fluent and Immersive tiers) auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the billing date. Refunds are processed according to our 14-day money-back guarantee policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, scenario curriculum scripts, and neural alignment algorithms. Users retain ownership of their personal practice recording data.
