1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the TrotbeeTech service, platform, or Git integrations provided by TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
100% Customer Code Ownership: You retain full, exclusive ownership of your pre-existing codebase as well as all code, pull requests, refactors, and documentation generated by TrotbeeTech in response to your repository commands.
TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED claims no copyright, intellectual property rights, or proprietary interest in any code output generated for your organization.
3. Human Verification & Responsibility
TrotbeeTech provides automated code execution, test runs, and review assistance. However, final production deployment remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Engineering teams are expected to review and approve all pull requests prior to merging into production branches.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bulandshahr / Uttar Pradesh, India.
