1. Executive Overview

TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "TrotBeeTech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AI Voice-Based Language Immersion Simulator platform. This Privacy Policy governs our practices regarding the collection, processing, encryption, and deletion of personal data and audio streams when you use our web applications.

2. Voice Data & ASR Processing

When you interact with our Live Voice Studio, audio input from your microphone is captured in transient 20ms PCM audio frames. This audio stream is transmitted via secure TLS 1.3 WebSockets directly to our streaming Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) engine.

Transient In-Memory Buffers: Raw user speech audio is held exclusively in volatile RAM buffers during active scenario sessions to generate real-time IPA phoneme scores and pitch contour feedback. Upon session termination, transient raw audio buffers are automatically purged from server memory within 60 seconds.

3. LLM Transcript Data Retention

Text transcriptions generated during your voice sessions are processed by our adaptive conversational dialogue engine. Transcripts are stored in an anonymized format stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) to calibrate your individual fluency velocity score.

4. BIPA & GDPR Biometrics Compliance

We strictly comply with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

TrotBeeTech does NOT create, store, sell, or trade persistent acoustic voiceprints for identification or biometric authentication. Acoustic feature extraction is limited solely to phonetic articulation diagnostics within active learning sessions.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

You possess full legal rights to inspect, export, or request the immediate permanent deletion of all stored account records, session transcripts, and metrics.

To exercise your Right to be Forgotten, submit a request via our support portal or email privacy@trotbeetech.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 72 hours.

6. ElevenLabs Startup Grants Compliance Directive

TrotBeeTech is proudly supported by the official ElevenLabs Startup Grants Program. All neural voice synthesis requests processed via ElevenLabs infrastructure comply with ElevenLabs' strict Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Standards. We do not store or transmit non-consensual voice models.
