We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your source code, account information, and technical credentials in full compliance with applicable laws, including the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and global data protection standards.
2. Source Code & Repository Data Privacy
Zero Code Training Policy: TrotbeeTech strictly guarantees that your repository source code, AST maps, test outputs, and PR comments are never used to train or fine-tune public LLM models.
Ephemeral Workspaces: When a command (e.g., /code, /review) is triggered, repository data is cloned into an isolated container workspace. Once validation is complete and the PR/comment is posted, the workspace container is permanently purged.
Self-Hosted VPC Option: Enterprise customers deploying via Self-Hosted or Air-Gapped options ensure that repository data never exits their corporate VPC security boundary.
3. Information We Collect
- Account & Contact Info: Name, work email, organization name, and Git user ID.
- Integration Metadata: Repository URLs, webhook event triggers, command execution timestamps, and pass/fail test status metrics.
- Billing Data: Billing contact details and payment records (processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors).
4. Data Rights & Inquiries
You reserve the right to request access to your account data, request deletion of log transcripts, or inspect compliance records.
