AI Code Accuracy & Limitation Disclaimer
Last Updated: July 21, 2026 • Published by TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED
1. Nature of AI-Generated Output
TrotbeeTech uses state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) to synthesize code, generate implementation plans, and conduct automated pull request reviews.
While TrotbeeTech incorporates automated test execution (Phase 4 Validate) and SAST security checks, AI models are probabilistic in nature. Code outputs should be treated as high-quality candidate proposals rather than certified defect-free software.
2. Mandatory Human Verification Requirement
Human-in-the-Loop Standard: Customers must ensure that all code generated or modified by TrotbeeTech undergoes human code review and approval by qualified software engineers before being merged into production branches or deployed to live environments.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TROTBEE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from bugs, runtime errors, security vulnerabilities, or performance degradation in code generated by TrotbeeTech that was subsequently deployed by the customer.
